If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days from the receipt of shipment. Painting must be returned in the same original (undamaged) condition as it was sent.
If painting is damaged during transportation, please provide the evidence, such as photo, of the damage. And we will ship free replacement.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the refund has been processed. All refunds are made in the original payment method.
Please contact us if you would like to return painting or if your painting was delivered in a damaged condition. In your message please provide us Your Order Number, Product Name, Details of the reason for your return.
Shipping charges for any returned painting(s) are the customer’s responsibility.
*Colors. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of paintings in our catalog. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen resolution and settings.
